I contacted Paul for an inspection after searching and reading Google reviews. Paul came highly recommended and his star rating did not disappoint from my personal experience. From the initial call, he was friendly, professional, and very respectful. He completed the job in a quick turnaround and availed himself afterward for questions about the report. He unlike any other I’ve worked with thus far did not require payment upfront rather did the job, sent the report, and entrusted me to send him the money after the report was received. I would hire him again without thought and plan to continue using him for all inspections moving forward.<\/div>

Extremely thorough on our inspection for the house we’re looking to buy. Paul arrived a half an hour early and spent about 2 and a half hours going over every detail, ensuring nothing was missed. He made sure to get all the key aspects we needed to address on the home. He gave very knowledgeable information and recommendations. He took excellent photos of everything and gave very detailed descriptions. We will definitely be using him in the future if we ever need something checked. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to have any type of inspection done.
